Congratulations to our Hardware Hank “Nuts & Bolts” Athletes of the Week: Jake Trosdahl, junior, Ottertail Central baseball and Eric Colvin, senior, Stillwater boys’ track & field.

Information: Jake went down swinging…and stealing.  In his final game this season at OTC, the junior went 4-for-4 at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing three bases.  He finished the season with a .371 batting average, 19 stolen bases and a .457 slugging percentage.

Name: Eric Colvin

Number: 0

Position: Distance runner

Sport: Boys’ track & field

Year: Senior

School: Stillwater

Information: Colvin left Section 4 in his wake as he set a school record, winning the 3200-meter run with a time of 9:03.86.  The next day, the Gopher recruit won the 1600-meter run with a 4:15.69.
